The room was super clean and comfortable, especially the huge king-sized bed. The shower was excellent with hot water available at all times. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered. They made our stay even more pleasant. This gave us time to reflect on our stay. the hotel's proximity to the tatty pub next door made it convenient for us to enjoy meals at the nearby eating house with really good value for money.

Our recent visit to a well-known hotel chain was a pleasant surprise. the location was away from the tatty pub next door, ensuring a peaceful stay. the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, with powerful showers. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was cooked to order with a range of options. the hotel also had a functional dining area, providing a pleasant atmosphere. the experience was enjoyable and exceeded our expectations.
The service in the restaurant could be improved, as there were delays in the kitchen area causing a longer waiting time for meals.

It as a practical hotel option as we were going to a wedding round the corner. Does what it says on the tin. Reliable and good value
Only paid £40 and the hotel stay was probably worth £60 so no complaints

The staff were really friendly and check-in was super fast. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a well-stocked tea and coffee tray. The location on a business park was perfect for my needs, and the value for money was excellent.
All in all, my stay was great - nothing to complain about!

We have stayed at various Premier Inns over the years, and this time unfortunately when I booked the room there was only a twin available, which I booked, on arrival I made a comment that there was not a double room available, but I was offered a disabled double room for my stay which I accepted. Unfortunately the toilet facilities had obviously not been cleaned particularly well for a disabled toilet, there was an obnoxious odour, which had been caused by disabled person/s . These disabled premises should have extra special time taken to make sure they are cleaned well. I will add that this is the first time over many years staying at Premier Inn I have had any cause for complaint. Having said this it is my first time in a disable
